Into the Wild Therapy works with individuals, couples and groups interested in breaking free of old patterns and exploring all that they are, and all that they want to become.

Into the Wild Therapy facilitates the exploration of our inner world and is based on the knowledge that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves and thrive given the appropriate support and environment. By creating a safe and nurturing container where all emotions are welcome, we can begin to explore those desolate places deep within. This is where true healing and lasting personal growth happens.

We all have those places within us that remain wild- they are left un-tamed, un-manicured, and un-loved. Places we manage to avoid spending much time in just so we can get through our day to day lives. Sometimes we honestly don’t know they even exist. Despite our best efforts to keep our attention diverted from these unconscious and seemingly dark spaces, they still show-up in our daily interactions and affect our relationships with the people and the world around us.

We may compensate through avoidant and anxious attachment styles, self-sabotaging behaviours and addictive tendencies that keep our essential self from being truly free. After years of living this way and surrounding ourselves with people who mirror our own qualities back to us, we tend to think this subjective reality is the only way, or just the normal way of existing.

There is another way…

The first step is cultivating awareness. Once we bring awareness to these wild areas that cause such dis-regulation in our lives, the healing and lasting meaningful change can occur. Exploring these shadows can be daunting and scary when done alone.

We will work together in creating the necessary safe space and re-learn to use the tools every individual inherently has within themselves for deep inner exploration and releasing your true self.
