why this work happens best in a group
Much of what shapes our lives exists just outside our awareness. Our habits, reactions, and emotional patterns often formed long ago and quietly continue influencing how we move through the world.
One of the most powerful ways these patterns become visible is through relationship.
When people gather in a thoughtful and supportive group, something remarkable begins to happen. Different individuals naturally bring out different aspects of who we are; confidence, vulnerability, curiosity, resistance. These interactions act as mirrors, allowing us to recognize parts of ourselves that might otherwise remain hidden.
Carl Jung described this through the ideas of projection and reflection. Sometimes the qualities we admire in others point toward strengths within ourselves that are ready to be claimed. At other times, the people who challenge or irritate us can reveal patterns we have yet to fully understand.
Within a safe and intentional group environment, these reflections become opportunities for insight rather than conflict.
Over the course of the retreat, the group becomes a kind of living mirror, where participants begin to notice:
patterns in how they relate to others
strength and qualities they may not have fully recognized in themselves
emotional reactions that reveal deeper layers of their experience
new possibilities, that emerge through honest conversations and shared reflection
For many participants, these moments of recognition become the doorway to meaningful change.
Because once we can see a pattern, we are no longer completely inside of it.
The retreat is designed to support these discoveries through a carefully guided arc of experiences throughout the week.

Arrive & Meet
theme: being here as we are
primary movement: from separation to presence
energy: gentle, relational, unforced
Day One
Our first day is an invitation to arrive fully—both in this beautiful place and within ourselves. A complimentary shuttle will meet you at the Liberia airport (LIR) and transport you a couple hours down the coast to Salvatierra. From the moment you arrive, the pace of everyday life begins to soften as we gently shift from the sense of separation many of us carry into a shared field of presence and connection. Through simple practices, time on the land, and opening circle, we begin to meet one another and ourselves just as we are. The energy of this day is spacious and unforced, allowing the group to settle, trust to form, and the foundations of a supportive collective field to begin to take shape.
entering the shared field
theme: listening, boundaries & attunement
Primary movement: individual to the collective attunement
energy: quiet, curious, relational
Day Two
As the group begins to settle, our attention turns toward the subtle process of listening—both inwardly and to one another. Through guided practices, time on the land, and shared dialogue, we explore the role of boundaries, presence, and attunement in creating a field of trust and safety. The movement of the day gently shifts from individual experience toward collective awareness, where each person’s presence contributes to the whole. The energy is quiet and curious, inviting deeper listening and a growing sense of connection within the group.
the collective as a container: the field between the positive & negative, we will meet there
theme: belonging without performance- the field that holds
primary movement: safety, trust, emergence
energy: grounded, relational, steady
Day Three
By the third day the group begins to feel less like a gathering of individuals and more like a living field that can hold each person’s unfolding. Together we explore the experience of belonging without needing to perform, fix, or prove anything about ourselves. Through shared practices, dialogue, and time on the land, the collective field becomes a steady container where deeper trust can take root and authentic expression can begin to emerge. The energy of the day is grounded and relational, allowing each person to feel held by the group while remaining fully themselves.
Day four
turning inward: belonging as i am
theme: listening for wants attention
primary movement: collective to individual
energy: spacious, inward, gentle
With the foundation of trust established within the group, our attention begins to gently turn inward. Having experienced the steadiness of the collective field, participants are invited to listen more closely to their own inner landscape—particularly to the parts of themselves that are quietly asking for attention. Through reflective practices, time on the land, and guided exploration, the movement of the day shifts from the collective back toward the individual. The energy is spacious and gentle, creating room for deeper self-awareness and the quiet recognition that belonging begins within.
Day five
contact with possibility: turning inward with the golden arrow of attention
theme: letting what is alive be felt
primary movement: awareness to encounter
energy: deep, protected, slow
With the inner landscape now more accessible, the work of the day invites a deeper encounter with what is alive beneath the surface. Participants are supported in bringing a steady, compassionate attention—the “golden arrow”—toward the feelings, memories, and inner movements that are asking to be felt. Rather than trying to change or interpret the experience, the focus is on allowing awareness to meet what is present with patience and care. The pace of the day is slow and protected, creating the depth and safety needed for meaningful inner contact and the emergence of new possibilities.
Day six
gathering the gifts: contacting source
theme: gratitude
primary movement: integration & offering
energy: gratitude, groundedness, and gentle compassion
Following the depth of the journey, this day is devoted to gently gathering the insights, images, and felt experiences that have emerged. Through reflection, creative expression, and shared conversation, participants begin the process of integration—translating what was encountered into meaning that can be carried forward into life. Attention turns toward gratitude for the inner wisdom that revealed itself, as well as for the collective field that supported the journey. The energy of the day is grounded and compassionate, allowing each person to honor their experience and begin shaping how its gifts may be offered back into the world.
Day seven
return
Our final morning is simple and unhurried. We gather for a shared breakfast, offering a last moment to connect, reflect, and say our goodbyes. From there, shuttles will transport participants back to Liberia Airport, carrying with them the memories, relationships, and insights from the week together.
Meet the Team
a quiet invitation
At certain moments in life we feel a subtle pull towards something new.
Not necessarily because something is wrong, but because something deeper may be ready to emerge.
Experiences like this retreat tend to appear at those moments.
Not everyone feels called to step into them, but for those who do, the experience becomes a meaningful turning point; a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Over the course of the week we will explore meaningful questions together, supported by nature, thoughtful conversation, and a small group of people who are also willing to look honestly at their lives.
If something in you feels curious about this experience, you are warmly invited to join us.
